Technical Integrator

Job Description:

Responsible for translating the client’s business requirements into specific systems, applications or process designs for very large complex IT solutions and integrating architecture. Acts as an advocate for the client as the ultimate authority on the architecture designed to address client business problems. Provides direction for design activities. Often project-based, sometimes working at customer sites. Serves as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for functional component content, processes, and procedures. Contributes overall strategic vision and is recognized for expertise, and sought as a resource for resolution of unique or complex implementation.

The overall objective is to perform all analysis, design, development, test, and integration activities necessary for the successful future delivery of the solution.


  • Evaluate potential business process changes
  • Conduct technical risk and standards assessment
  • Assess performance and scalability
  • Assess COTS interfaces against requirements
  • Develop business, system and technical architecture artifacts  
  • Analyze requirements and update requirement documents  
  • Develop comprehensive build plan for all requirements  
  • Conduct analysis to identify design activities and develop specific design artifacts  


  • Bachelor's degree or higher in relevant area
  • Knowledge of corporate networking environment
  • Ability to integrate IT architecture
  • Ability to develop comprehensive build plan
  • Ability to assess performance, scalability and COTS interfaces
  • Familiarity with network security (firewalls, certificates, etc.)
  • Windows application server experience
  • Ability to present ideas in business-friendly and user-friendly language 
  • Minimum SECRET security clearance required
